Customer Support Representative - billing questions (remote)

Ironwood Thistle Insurance Group is an insurance company in San Antonio with claims and service teams. We are hiring a Customer Support Representative to take on billing questions. We care about how people feel on the worst day of their year. What you will do • Resolve billing and account issues, including policy renewals, on the first contact when possible. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. What we are looking for • One or more years in customer service. • Clear spoken and written communication. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. Nice to have • Experience with policy renewals. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in San Antonio. • We reply to every applicant.
