Customer Support Representative - billing questions (remote)

Stonegate Environmental Services is looking for a Customer Support Representative. The job centres on billing questions for landfill records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We take pride in clean streets. What you will do • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Resolve billing and account issues, including landfill records, on the first contact when possible. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. What we are looking for • One or more years in customer service. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • Clear spoken and written communication. Nice to have • Experience with landfill records. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Columbus. • We reply to every applicant.
