Customer Support Representative - billing questions (remote)

Highbridge Vista Manufacturing Group is a Albuquerque manufacturer supplying regional industrial customers, and we need a Customer Support Representative to lead our billing questions. We value people who work safely and speak up. What you will do • Resolve billing and account issues, including customer orders, on the first contact when possible. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. What we are looking for • One or more years in customer service. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • Clear spoken and written communication. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with customer orders. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Albuquerque. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
