Customer Support Representative - billing questions (remote)

Fernwood Cedar Legal Group is a Charlotte practice with attorneys, paralegals and client-service staff, and we need a Customer Support Representative to lead our billing questions. You would join a large organisation of about 241 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Resolve billing and account issues, including trust accounts, on the first contact when possible. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. What we are looking for • Clear spoken and written communication. • One or more years in customer service. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. Nice to have • Experience with trust accounts. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Charlotte. • We reply to every applicant.
