Customer Support Representative - billing questions (remote)

Greenridge Maple Water Authority Group is a public water utility serving the Las Vegas area, and we need a Customer Support Representative to lead our billing questions. Crews and office staff work closely together. What you will do • Resolve billing and account issues, including capital projects, on the first contact when possible. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. What we are looking for • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • One or more years in customer service. • Clear spoken and written communication. Nice to have • Experience with capital projects. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Las Vegas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
