Customer Support Representative - billing questions (remote)

Foxglove Rowan Foods is looking for a Customer Support Representative. The job centres on billing questions for sanitation schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We like people who take pride in what they make. What you will do • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Resolve billing and account issues, including sanitation schedules, on the first contact when possible. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. What we are looking for • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • One or more years in customer service. • Clear spoken and written communication. Nice to have • Experience with sanitation schedules. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in San Jose. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
