Customer Support Representative - billing questions (remote)

Northwind Union Legal Group is looking for a Customer Support Representative. The job centres on billing questions for client files, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are a close group and share the work. What you will do • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Resolve billing and account issues, including client files, on the first contact when possible. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. What we are looking for • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • One or more years in customer service. • Clear spoken and written communication. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with client files. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in San Diego. • We reply to every applicant.
