Customer Support Representative - billing questions (Raleigh, NC)

Rivermark Union Inspection Services is an inspection company in Raleigh with field technicians and lab staff. We are hiring a Customer Support Representative to take on billing questions. You would join a small organisation of about 172 people based in Raleigh. What you will do • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Resolve billing and account issues, including field inspections, on the first contact when possible. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. What we are looking for • Clear spoken and written communication. • One or more years in customer service. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with field inspections. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Raleigh. • We reply to every applicant.
