Customer Support Representative - billing questions (Providence, RI)

Rivermark Bridge Freight Group is a Providence logistics company with trucks, warehouses and dispatch. We are hiring a Customer Support Representative to take on billing questions. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Providence. What you will do • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Resolve billing and account issues, including dock schedules, on the first contact when possible. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. What we are looking for • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • Clear spoken and written communication. • One or more years in customer service. Nice to have • Experience with dock schedules. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Providence. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
