Customer Support Representative - billing questions (Providence, RI)

Rivermark Bridge Freight Group is looking for a Customer Support Representative. The job centres on billing questions for carrier rates, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. On-time is the promise and we work hard to keep it. What you will do • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Resolve billing and account issues, including carrier rates, on the first contact when possible. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. What we are looking for • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • Clear spoken and written communication. • One or more years in customer service. Nice to have • Experience with carrier rates. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Providence. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
