Customer Support Representative - billing questions (Providence, RI)

Greenridge Glen Foods Group produces packaged foods at its Providence plant, and we need a Customer Support Representative to lead our billing questions. You would join a large organisation of about 935 people based in Providence. What you will do • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Resolve billing and account issues, including customer specifications, on the first contact when possible. What we are looking for • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • One or more years in customer service. • Clear spoken and written communication. Nice to have • Experience with customer specifications. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Providence. • We reply to every applicant.
