Customer Support Representative - billing questions (Portland, OR)

Bluepeak West Civic Services works with county and city offices around Portland. We are hiring a Customer Support Representative to take on billing questions. Benefits and stability attract long tenure. What you will do • Resolve billing and account issues, including constituent requests, on the first contact when possible. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. What we are looking for • One or more years in customer service. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • Clear spoken and written communication. Nice to have • Experience with constituent requests. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Portland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
