Customer Support Representative - billing questions (Pittsburgh, PA)

Summit Maple Press prints books, catalogues and packaging from its Pittsburgh plant, and we need a Customer Support Representative to lead our billing questions. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Pittsburgh. What you will do • Resolve billing and account issues, including paper stock, on the first contact when possible. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. What we are looking for • One or more years in customer service. • Clear spoken and written communication. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. Nice to have • Experience with paper stock. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Pittsburgh. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
