Customer Support Representative - billing questions (Pittsburgh, PA)

Westbrook Yarrow Legal Group is a law firm in Pittsburgh serving businesses and individuals. We are hiring a Customer Support Representative to take on billing questions. People here care about clients, not just cases. What you will do • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Resolve billing and account issues, including client files, on the first contact when possible. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. What we are looking for • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • Clear spoken and written communication. • One or more years in customer service. Nice to have • Experience with client files. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Pittsburgh. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
