Customer Support Representative - billing questions (Pittsburgh, PA)

Westbrook Beacon Markets Group is looking for a Customer Support Representative. The job centres on billing questions for shrink and waste, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 63 people based in Pittsburgh. What you will do • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Resolve billing and account issues, including shrink and waste, on the first contact when possible. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. What we are looking for • One or more years in customer service. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • Clear spoken and written communication. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with shrink and waste. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Pittsburgh. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
