Customer Support Representative - billing questions (Phoenix, AZ)

Bluepeak Keystone Freight coordinates shipments and warehousing around Phoenix, and we need a Customer Support Representative to lead our billing questions. Dispatch, drivers and warehouse staff talk to each other constantly. What you will do • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Resolve billing and account issues, including carrier rates, on the first contact when possible. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. What we are looking for • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • One or more years in customer service. • Clear spoken and written communication. Nice to have • Experience with carrier rates. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Phoenix. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
