Customer Support Representative - billing questions (Oakland, CA)

Ironwood Fox Property Management is a Oakland property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services. We are hiring a Customer Support Representative to take on billing questions. You would join a large organisation of about 666 people based in Oakland. What you will do • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Resolve billing and account issues, including rent collection, on the first contact when possible. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. What we are looking for • One or more years in customer service. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • Clear spoken and written communication. Nice to have • Experience with rent collection. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Oakland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
