Customer Support Representative - billing questions (New Orleans, LA)

Greenridge Mill Environmental Services Partners serves homes and businesses with collection and disposal in New Orleans. We are hiring a Customer Support Representative to take on billing questions. Safety briefings happen every morning. What you will do • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Resolve billing and account issues, including recycling loads, on the first contact when possible. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. What we are looking for • One or more years in customer service. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • Clear spoken and written communication. Nice to have • Experience with recycling loads. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in New Orleans, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
