Customer Support Representative - billing questions (New Orleans, LA)

Lumen Iron Markets is looking for a Customer Support Representative. The job centres on billing questions for supplier deliveries, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We like people who know our customers by name. What you will do • Resolve billing and account issues, including supplier deliveries, on the first contact when possible. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. What we are looking for • Clear spoken and written communication. • One or more years in customer service. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. Nice to have • Experience with supplier deliveries. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in New Orleans. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
