Customer Support Representative - billing questions (Little Rock, AR)

Redstone Cedar Legal Group is a law firm in Little Rock serving businesses and individuals. We are hiring a Customer Support Representative to take on billing questions. You would join a large organisation of about 911 people based in Little Rock. What you will do • Resolve billing and account issues, including intake forms, on the first contact when possible. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. What we are looking for • Clear spoken and written communication. • One or more years in customer service. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with intake forms. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Little Rock. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
