Customer Support Representative - billing questions (Little Rock, AR)

Bluepeak Loom Insurance provides coverage to households and businesses around Little Rock. We are hiring a Customer Support Representative to take on billing questions. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Little Rock. What you will do • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Resolve billing and account issues, including premium billing, on the first contact when possible. What we are looking for • One or more years in customer service. • Clear spoken and written communication. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with premium billing. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Little Rock, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
