Customer Support Representative - billing questions (Las Vegas, NV)

Bluepeak Lakeside Transit Planning Partners helps transport agencies around Las Vegas design routes and schedules. We are hiring a Customer Support Representative to take on billing questions. You would join a large organisation of about 367 people based in Las Vegas. What you will do • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Resolve billing and account issues, including fare systems, on the first contact when possible. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. What we are looking for • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • Clear spoken and written communication. • One or more years in customer service. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with fare systems. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Las Vegas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
