Customer Support Representative - billing questions (Jacksonville, FL)

Clearpath Cross Hospitality is a hospitality company in Jacksonville with restaurants, rooms and catering. We are hiring a Customer Support Representative to take on billing questions. You would join a small organisation of about 39 people based in Jacksonville. What you will do • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Resolve billing and account issues, including reviews and feedback, on the first contact when possible. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. What we are looking for • One or more years in customer service. • Clear spoken and written communication. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with reviews and feedback. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Jacksonville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
