Customer Support Representative - billing questions (Indianapolis, IN)

Stonegate Quill Facilities is looking for a Customer Support Representative. The job centres on billing questions for customer sites, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Our crews keep other people's buildings running and we treat them well. What you will do • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Resolve billing and account issues, including customer sites, on the first contact when possible. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. What we are looking for • One or more years in customer service. • Clear spoken and written communication. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. Nice to have • Experience with customer sites. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Indianapolis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
