Customer Support Representative - billing questions (Houston, TX)

Stonegate Birch Environmental Services is an environmental-services company in Houston with routes, transfer stations and recycling. We are hiring a Customer Support Representative to take on billing questions. You would join a small organisation of about 21 people based in Houston. What you will do • Resolve billing and account issues, including service complaints, on the first contact when possible. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. What we are looking for • Clear spoken and written communication. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • One or more years in customer service. Nice to have • Experience with service complaints. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Houston. • We reply to every applicant.
