Customer Support Representative - billing questions (Honolulu, HI)

Ironwood Forge Telecom is a telecommunications provider in Honolulu focused on reliable home and business connections, and we need a Customer Support Representative to lead our billing questions. Technicians and office staff share information daily. What you will do • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Resolve billing and account issues, including billing accounts, on the first contact when possible. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. What we are looking for • Clear spoken and written communication. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • One or more years in customer service. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with billing accounts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Honolulu. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
