Customer Support Representative - billing questions (Honolulu, HI)

Harborlight Facilities cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around Honolulu, and we need a Customer Support Representative to lead our billing questions. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Honolulu. What you will do • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Resolve billing and account issues, including customer sites, on the first contact when possible. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. What we are looking for • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • One or more years in customer service. • Clear spoken and written communication. Nice to have • Experience with customer sites. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Honolulu, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
