Customer Support Representative - billing questions (Honolulu, HI)

Bluepeak Cross Civic Services is looking for a Customer Support Representative. The job centres on billing questions for public records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 141 people based in Honolulu. What you will do • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Resolve billing and account issues, including public records, on the first contact when possible. What we are looking for • One or more years in customer service. • Clear spoken and written communication. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with public records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Honolulu. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
