Customer Support Representative - billing questions (Honolulu, HI)

Fernwood Amber Property Management Partners is looking for a Customer Support Representative. The job centres on billing questions for vendor invoices, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 39 people based in Honolulu. What you will do • Resolve billing and account issues, including vendor invoices, on the first contact when possible. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. What we are looking for • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • One or more years in customer service. • Clear spoken and written communication. Nice to have • Experience with vendor invoices. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Honolulu. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
