Customer Support Representative - billing questions (Hartford, CT)

Redstone Works looks after rental homes across the Hartford area. We are hiring a Customer Support Representative to take on billing questions. You would join a large organisation of about 227 people based in Hartford. What you will do • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Resolve billing and account issues, including resident events, on the first contact when possible. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. What we are looking for • One or more years in customer service. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • Clear spoken and written communication. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with resident events. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Hartford. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
