Customer Support Representative - billing questions (Grand Rapids, MI)

Silverline Sparrow Banking Services provides everyday banking and small-business lending around Grand Rapids, and we need a Customer Support Representative to lead our billing questions. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Grand Rapids. What you will do • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Resolve billing and account issues, including account openings, on the first contact when possible. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. What we are looking for • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • One or more years in customer service. • Clear spoken and written communication. Nice to have • Experience with account openings. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Grand Rapids. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
