Customer Support Representative - billing questions (Fresno, CA)

Northwind Meridian Energy delivers power and gas plans across the Fresno region, and we need a Customer Support Representative to lead our billing questions. You would join a large organisation of about 458 people based in Fresno. What you will do • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Resolve billing and account issues, including meter readings, on the first contact when possible. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. What we are looking for • Clear spoken and written communication. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • One or more years in customer service. Nice to have • Experience with meter readings. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Fresno, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
