Customer Support Representative - billing questions (Fresno, CA)

Ironwood Pine Water Authority Group is a public water utility serving the Fresno area, and we need a Customer Support Representative to lead our billing questions. You would join a small organisation of about 62 people based in Fresno. What you will do • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Resolve billing and account issues, including meter reading, on the first contact when possible. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. What we are looking for • One or more years in customer service. • Clear spoken and written communication. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. Nice to have • Experience with meter reading. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Fresno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
