Customer Support Representative - billing questions (Fort Worth, TX)

Silverline Juniper Foods produces packaged foods at its Fort Worth plant, and we need a Customer Support Representative to lead our billing questions. We like people who take pride in what they make. What you will do • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Resolve billing and account issues, including sanitation schedules, on the first contact when possible. What we are looking for • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • One or more years in customer service. • Clear spoken and written communication. Nice to have • Experience with sanitation schedules. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Fort Worth. • We reply to every applicant.
