Customer Support Representative - billing questions (El Paso, TX)

Silverline Juniper Civic Services works with county and city offices around El Paso. We are hiring a Customer Support Representative to take on billing questions. You would join a small organisation of about 127 people based in El Paso. What you will do • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Resolve billing and account issues, including procurement, on the first contact when possible. What we are looking for • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • One or more years in customer service. • Clear spoken and written communication. Nice to have • Experience with procurement. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in El Paso, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
