Customer Support Representative - billing questions (El Paso, TX)

Ironwood Sparrow Transit Planning helps transport agencies around El Paso design routes and schedules, and we need a Customer Support Representative to lead our billing questions. You would join a small organisation of about 14 people based in El Paso. What you will do • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Resolve billing and account issues, including service alerts, on the first contact when possible. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. What we are looking for • Clear spoken and written communication. • One or more years in customer service. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with service alerts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in El Paso. • We reply to every applicant.
