Customer Support Representative - billing questions (El Paso, TX)

Greenridge Birch Freight Group coordinates shipments and warehousing around El Paso. We are hiring a Customer Support Representative to take on billing questions. On-time is the promise and we work hard to keep it. What you will do • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Resolve billing and account issues, including loads and lanes, on the first contact when possible. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. What we are looking for • Clear spoken and written communication. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • One or more years in customer service. Nice to have • Experience with loads and lanes. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in El Paso. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
