Customer Support Representative - billing questions (Detroit, MI)

Northwind Juniper Foods is looking for a Customer Support Representative. The job centres on billing questions for allergen controls, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 148 people based in Detroit. What you will do • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Resolve billing and account issues, including allergen controls, on the first contact when possible. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. What we are looking for • Clear spoken and written communication. • One or more years in customer service. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with allergen controls. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Detroit, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
