Customer Support Representative - billing questions (Des Moines, IA)

Redstone Keystone Arts Center is an arts centre in Des Moines with a full calendar of events, and we need a Customer Support Representative to lead our billing questions. You would join a small organisation of about 29 people based in Des Moines. What you will do • Resolve billing and account issues, including exhibitions, on the first contact when possible. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. What we are looking for • Clear spoken and written communication. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • One or more years in customer service. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with exhibitions. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Des Moines, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
