Customer Support Representative - billing questions (Des Moines, IA)

Foxglove Drift Hospitality operates hotels and event venues around Des Moines. We are hiring a Customer Support Representative to take on billing questions. You would join a large organisation of about 899 people based in Des Moines. What you will do • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Resolve billing and account issues, including group events, on the first contact when possible. What we are looking for • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • One or more years in customer service. • Clear spoken and written communication. Nice to have • Experience with group events. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Des Moines. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
