Rivermark Birch Foods is looking for a Customer Support Representative. The job centres on billing questions for customer specifications, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Food safety is non-negotiable and we train for it. What you will do • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Resolve billing and account issues, including customer specifications, on the first contact when possible. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. What we are looking for • One or more years in customer service. • Clear spoken and written communication. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. Nice to have • Experience with customer specifications. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Denver. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
