Customer Support Representative - billing questions (Columbus, OH)

Rivermark Pine Press is looking for a Customer Support Representative. The job centres on billing questions for print quotes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 61 people based in Columbus. What you will do • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Resolve billing and account issues, including print quotes, on the first contact when possible. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. What we are looking for • One or more years in customer service. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • Clear spoken and written communication. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with print quotes. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Columbus, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
