Customer Support Representative - billing questions (Colorado Springs, CO)

Westbrook Loom Property Management Group is a Colorado Springs property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services. We are hiring a Customer Support Representative to take on billing questions. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Colorado Springs. What you will do • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Resolve billing and account issues, including rent collection, on the first contact when possible. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. What we are looking for • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • One or more years in customer service. • Clear spoken and written communication. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with rent collection. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Colorado Springs, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
