Customer Support Representative - billing questions (Colorado Springs, CO)

Foxglove River Financial provides savings, lending and payment services from Colorado Springs, and we need a Customer Support Representative to lead our billing questions. Trust is the product, so accuracy and clarity matter. What you will do • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Resolve billing and account issues, including vendor spend, on the first contact when possible. What we are looking for • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • Clear spoken and written communication. • One or more years in customer service. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with vendor spend. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Colorado Springs, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
