Customer Support Representative - billing questions (Chicago, IL)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Corner Medical Group and adding a Customer Support Representative whose main responsibility will be billing questions. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Chicago. What you will do • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Resolve billing and account issues, including training materials, on the first contact when possible. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. What we are looking for • One or more years in customer service. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • Clear spoken and written communication. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with training materials. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Chicago. • We reply to every applicant.
