Customer Support Representative - billing questions (Buffalo, NY)

Stonegate Meridian Civic Services Group supports public agencies in Buffalo with budgeting, records and programmes, and we need a Customer Support Representative to lead our billing questions. You would join a small organisation of about 60 people based in Buffalo. What you will do • Resolve billing and account issues, including procurement, on the first contact when possible. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. What we are looking for • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • Clear spoken and written communication. • One or more years in customer service. Nice to have • Experience with procurement. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Buffalo. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
