Customer Support Representative - billing questions (Buffalo, NY)

Westbrook Maple Financial Group is a financial-services company in Buffalo. We are hiring a Customer Support Representative to take on billing questions. You would join a large organisation of about 257 people based in Buffalo. What you will do • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Resolve billing and account issues, including account servicing, on the first contact when possible. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. What we are looking for • Clear spoken and written communication. • One or more years in customer service. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. Nice to have • Experience with account servicing. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Buffalo. • We reply to every applicant.
