Customer Support Representative - billing questions (Boston, MA)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Maple Financial and adding a Customer Support Representative whose main responsibility will be billing questions. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Boston. What you will do • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Resolve billing and account issues, including vendor spend, on the first contact when possible. What we are looking for • Clear spoken and written communication. • One or more years in customer service. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with vendor spend. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Boston. • We reply to every applicant.
