Customer Support Representative - billing questions (Anchorage, AK)

Redstone Keystone Banking Services is looking for a Customer Support Representative. The job centres on billing questions for loan files, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 49 people based in Anchorage. What you will do • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Resolve billing and account issues, including loan files, on the first contact when possible. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. What we are looking for • Clear spoken and written communication. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • One or more years in customer service. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with loan files. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Anchorage. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
