Customer Support Representative - billing questions (Albuquerque, NM)

Foxglove Pine Housing is looking for a Customer Support Representative. The job centres on billing questions for maintenance stores, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 243 people based in Albuquerque. What you will do • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Resolve billing and account issues, including maintenance stores, on the first contact when possible. What we are looking for • Clear spoken and written communication. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • One or more years in customer service. Nice to have • Experience with maintenance stores. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Albuquerque. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
